SxS Universe is a UTV (Utility Task Vehicle) companion application that provides:
The App is available as a web application at sxs-universe.web.app and as a mobile application on iOS and Android.
To access certain features of the App, you must create an account using Firebase Authentication. You may sign in via email/password, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.
SxS Universe offers both free and premium tiers:
Subscriptions are processed through RevenueCat and billed via Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Subscription management, billing, cancellation, and refund policies are governed by the respective app store's terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.
SxS Universe contains affiliate links. When you click on these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

SxS Universe embeds publicly available YouTube videos for educational and informational purposes. All video content remains the intellectual property of the respective YouTube creators. If you are a content creator and wish to have your video removed from our platform, please contact us.

The SxS Universe app, including its design, code, logos, graphics, and original content, is the intellectual property of Dyno Tyme LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our written permission.
User-generated content (posts, guides, replies) remains the property of the respective users. By posting content to SxS Universe, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dyno Tyme LLC, its owner, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any parts data, repair information, or other content.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in the App or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, disclaimer of warranties, and governing law survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may notify you via the App or email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
