How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your SxS Universe account and all associated data using any of the methods below.

Option 1: Delete from Within the App

  1. Open the SxS Universe app
  2. Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

Email Us

Send an email to milkovich73@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include the email address associated with your SxS Universe account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

Option 3: Delete Account Here

Enter the email address associated with your account and we will process your deletion request.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data Retention

Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days. Some anonymized, non-personal data may be retained for analytics purposes. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
