Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create an account?

Open the app and tap "Create Account" on the sign-in screen. You can register with an email and password, or use Google or Apple sign-in for quick access. You can also browse the app as a guest without creating an account.

What vehicles does SxS Universe support?

We currently support UTVs from Polaris, Can-Am, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, CFMoto, and Arctic Cat. Our database covers 50+ models with parts cross-reference data for oil filters, air filters, drive belts, wheel bearings, ball joints, tie rod ends, spark plugs, and batteries.

How does the parts cross-reference work?

Select your manufacturer and model to see compatible replacement parts from multiple brands. We cross-reference OEM part numbers with aftermarket options so you can find the right fit for your machine at the best price.

What is the Garage feature?

The Garage lets you save your UTV(s) and track maintenance history. Add your machines, log oil changes, belt replacements, and other service work to keep a complete maintenance record.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings within the app and tap "Delete Account." You can also visit our account deletion page for detailed instructions including alternative deletion methods.

Is the app free?

Yes! Basic parts cross-reference and maintenance tracking are free. A premium subscription is available for additional features and an ad-free experience.

I'm having trouble signing in

Try these steps: (1) Make sure you have an internet connection, (2) If using email/password, verify your email address is correct and try resetting your password, (3) If using Google or Apple sign-in, make sure you're signed into the corresponding account on your device, (4) Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, contact us at the email above.

My machine isn't listed — can you add it?

We're constantly expanding our database. Email us the year, make, and model of your UTV and we'll work on adding it to SxS Universe.
